  •  IS TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED?

  • WHAT IS THE COST TO BECOME AN INDEPENDENT AGENT?

CaraSouls offer 3 different packages. Please see our low-cost package plans for more details.

  • GET PAID FOR YOUR PASSION

Our commission split is 70-90% depending on the package that you have chosen.

  • AM I AN EMPLOYEE OF CARASOULS TRAVEL NETWORK?

No, you are not an employee. You are an independent contractor and a business owner.

  • ARE INTERNATIONAL AGENTS ACCEPTED?

Unfortunately, not at this time. CaraSouls Travel Network is Home Based Host Agency Program we only accept U.S. Citizens or U.S. Residents residing in the 50 U.S. States including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • WHAT TYPE OF TRAVEL CAN I SELL?

Cruise, tours, airline tickets, rental cars, hotel, train tickets, amusement parks and events.

  • ARE THERE TRAVEL BENEFITS AND DISCOUNTS TO ME?

Yes! Suppliers offer familiarization trips to agents so you can experience the products you are selling first-hand, and share your experiences with your clients. 

  • WHAT ARE FAMILIARIZATION TRIPS?

FAMiliarization (FAM) trips are a great perk to owning a travel agency.  Resort stays are offered to agents at free or significantly reduced rates. Known as FAMiliarization (FAM) trips.  Most suppliers require an agent to have IATA or CLIA card to participate in FAM trips.

  • HOW DO I EARN A IATAN OR CLIA CARD? 

You must earn over $5,000.00 in a calendar year in commissions from travel-related sales in order to earn your official IATAN card.

  • HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN BOOK TRAVEL AND START EARNING COMMISSIONS?

Immediately, upon signing up through our website, we process your application we will set you up in our system and you can start booking travel.  You are now able to do bookings and earn commissions.

  • HOW DO WE BOOK TRAVEL? 

There is a Preferred Supplier section on our agent website.  You will have access to register with each supplier to book travel.

 

  • WHEN WILL I BE PAID ON THE BOOKINGS?

You are paid after travel is completed by your clients and the payment has been received by us from the supplier. Rule of Thumb: 60 – 90 days after the clients have RETURNED from travel. The commission is paid

by direct deposit on the 1st and 15th of each month.

  • WORK/LIFE BALANCE

Work from home set your own schedule and improve your work/life balance.  This is YOUR business and you get to choose when you work. It is only expected that you BOOK AT LEAST ONE BOOKING EVERY 6 MONTHS.

  • IS THERE  ANNUAL FEE?

No. There are no annual fees or any hidden fees with our services.

  • CAN I CANCEL?

If you decide you no longer want to partner with CaraSouls Travel Network, submit your request in writing 10 days before you are billed for the following month.  

  • CARASOULS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR CANCELLATION POLICY

A 5-day grace period is given if you miss a subscription payment. After 5 days, your account will be suspended. After 30 days, your account will be automatically canceled. There will be a $25 restoration fee if your account is canceled
